         This includes defects such as broken clasps, loose stones, or any other issues arising from the manufacturing proces

What is Not Covered:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: This guarantee does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or neglect. This includes scratches, discoloration, tarnishing, or damage resulting from improper care.
  • Unauthorized Repairs or Alterations: Any repairs or alterations made by anyone other than Rana Ghazy Jewelry will void this guarantee.
  • Loss or Theft: This guarantee does not cover the loss or theft of Jewlery.

How to Make a Claim:
