• Within 24 hours of order confirmation: You may cancel your order and receive a 70% refund of the total amount paid.

• After 24 hours: Cancellations are not eligible for a refund, as production of your custom piece will already have begun.

• Each item includes a warranty period during which any technical issues will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost.
