(1) Delivery Scope

Please be advised that the official business days at Rana Ghazy Jewelry are from Sunday to Thursday. Friday and Saturday are days off for all employees and shipping companies. Our first mission is to offer you the best online shopping experience, so we have made it easier for you to make your shipment easier because your convenience is our priority. Rana Ghazy Jewelry mainly delivers your orders through a third party to ensure the timely shipping of your order. We will ask for your signature on a copy of the invoice to confirm receipt of the goods. We will deliver the order to the registered address, and we consider the signature of anyone at the address as a receipt of the order. If there is no one at the registered address to receive your order, we will ask you to contact our shipping company to agree on another delivery time. The company will not be able to attempt delivery more than twice. The company is not responsible for any order exceeding 7 days of the first delivery attempt.

(2) Delivery Fees

All orders in Egypt are fulfilled within 10 days with no delivery cost. All international orders are fulfilled within 25 working days at a flat shipping rate of  $140 (customs duties and taxes are not included). Please note that delivery times for international orders may be subject to delays due to ongoing global conditions and logistics disruptions beyond our control.

(3) Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of ordering. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 10–12 working days inside Egypt and within 25 working days for international orders.

To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Current International Shipping Conditions

Due to ongoing regional circumstances, international shipments may experience delays beyond our standard 25-working-day estimate. Transit times can be affected by adjusted air and sea freight routes, heightened customs procedures, and carrier capacity changes, all of which are outside our direct control. We continue to work closely with our shipping partners to minimize any disruption.

International shipping rates currently include a small surcharge to account for the elevated logistics costs of operating during this period, including potential rerouting and additional handling. This surcharge is already factored into the shipping cost displayed at checkout, there are no additional fees applied later in the process.

If your international order has not arrived within 35 working days from dispatch, please contact us at info@ranaghazy.com and we will follow up with the carrier on your behalf.

(4) International Orders

For all international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

Who pays: These fees are the responsibility of the recipient in the destination country.

When collected: They are typically collected by the courier at the time of delivery or prior to delivery for customs clearance.

How much: Rates are set by local authorities and vary by country, product category, value, and current regulations. We cannot quote or control these charges.

Delivery terms: We ship under DDU / DAP (Duties Unpaid) terms—customs fees are not prepaid.
